DJ Pat

DJ Patrick Daniels has been entertaining people professionally from coast to coast and border to border for over 20 years. As the emcee for over 3,000 live concerts, club shows, corporate parties, school dances, parties and weddings, I have entertained tens of thousands of people.

Many clients seek out my personal services due to the experience I bring and the DJ Pat reviews and testimonials I receive. I have an Associate’s Degree in Music Sciences & Arts with a concentration on Touring & Live production and Business Mgt. from Full Sail Recording Arts Center in Winter Park, Florida.

Each night on tour, I was the emcee for the event. Some of those events were in front of thousands of people, and I was very comfortable with that. This is where I learned how to read and gauge the crowds to keep the fun, and music going. My formal education brought my passion for music to a national level; allowing me to work alongside some of the biggest bands & artists in the world.

In 2004, I married my girlfriend of 4 years, Cindy. She allowed me to write the wedding vows, pick and plan all the wedding music as well as coordinate all wedding affairs with the vendors. And yes, I even managed to get married that day too! It was a beautiful Maine Wedding! I had such a wonderful time putting it all together that I knew I wanted to bring this joy to others.

Today, that same passion and attention to detail has made Double Platinum Celebrations one of the premier entertainment companies, specializing in Maine Weddings. We have grown to include a staff of twenty very talented, quality Maine DJs to serve you.

We hired Double Platinum Celebrations to be our wedding DJ, and I couldn’t have been happier with that decision. Pat does an amazing job. He is extremely personable and goes above and beyond to make sure he caters his service to fit your needs. We had an approximately hour long conversation on the phone a week before the wedding, going over every detail including song choices, name pronunciations, timelines, etc. He paid great attention to detail. Most importantly, when it came time for the actual DJ services, he did an amazing job. He had a great song selection, lots of interaction with the crowd, great transitions between songs, and so on. DJ Pat made everything about our wedding day special. He was the best vendor we had in terms of prompt communication (even responding to email at midnight) and no questions ever went unacknowledged. He located songs he didn’t have, even right at the wedding, and customized our first dance song to fit our needs. He kept the party going perfectly without dorky interjections and completely got what we wanted for a music theme. The online portal for music requests was wonderful and a lot of fun – everything you can imagine is there and if it’s not, he’ll get it. My guests had a lot of fun requesting their songs, and Pat was great about talking with me before the wedding about which ones I wanted to veto based on other preferences I had expressed. The playlist flowed perfectly and I absolutely got the party of my dreams. He even did a great job with lighting, something I didn’t even realize was part of the service. I cannot recommend him enough; DJ Pat was the biggest part of the success of my wedding.

Patrick was the dj at my daughter’s wedding and he did a fabulous job! He took requests and played them right away and kept almost everyone on the dance floor until the evening was over. He went out of his way to find a requested song he didn’t think he had. When he was able to play it the crowd went wild! A million thanks to Patrick!!
